Our products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners. Because each item is created specifically for you, production and shipping times may vary.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and carrier rates.
Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
JACE Cellars is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
- Other circumstances beyond our control
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipment, JACE Cellars cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
