At JACE Cellars, every item is made to order specifically for you. We take pride in producing high-quality apparel and lifestyle products inspired by wine country living.

Returns

Because our products are custom printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental orders

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect from what was ordered

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will provide a replacement item or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
